What is the LandscapeLeads.com Dashboard?
The LandscapeLeads.com Dashboard provides our member landscaping contractors with current account balance information, lead information, the ability to reserve and remove lead territories, and add funds. |
Does LandscapeLeads.com bill me for leads?
No. In order to keep territories reserved and continue to receive leads, you must have money in your LandscapeLeads.com account. Money can be added to your account by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The cost of leads is deducted from your account balance as they are faxed or emailed to you. *Reminder: landscape contractors that have an account balance too low to pay for another lead will allow others to reserve their zip codes. A Notice will be sent by fax or email when accounts are close to being depleted.

How secure is LandscapeLeads.com?
Landscapeleads.com is secured by 128-bit encryption, the industry standard for secure Internet transactions. |
Can I dispute a lead that I received?
Yes. Although LandscapLeads.com attempts to filter fake leads, sometimes these can slip through unnoticed. Leads that contain bad contact information, fictitious information, and/ or obscenities will be credited upon confirmation. Lead credits can be requested using an easy form located within the LandscapeLeads.com Dashboard. |
What happens if there is no money in my account?
You will probably lose your reserved zip codes to a competitor. Landscape contractors that have an account balance too low to pay for another lead will allow others to reserve their zip codes. What if a zip code that I want is already taken?
If a zip code in your area is already reserved by four landscape contractors, you must wait until one of the landscape contractors gives up the zip code or fails to keep money in their account. |
Why use the Internet?
This technology affords us several luxuries. Our clients and providers have 24 hour secure access. There is no need to wait on hold or call during business hours. A provider can update their account, maintain their balance and add or delete zip codes at their convenience. A prospective client can request a quote at any time of day, from anywhere in the world. Telemarketing laws are constantly changing, which makes customer requested sales leads generated on the Internet even more valuable. Zip code territories are limited, so make sure you reserve the best locations before your competitor does. |
What about customer service?
We believe that no business can survive without superior customer service. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns that you may have. If there is any way that we can make your experience with our company better we are all ears. |
Where can I view a sample lead?
View a sample landscape lead. The sample lead will pop up in it's own window. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups. |
