In order to enroll and provide quotes to prospects generated on the LandscapeLeads.com network, these terms and conditions must be acknowledged and agreed to. By checking that you agree to the terms and conditions you, the landscape contractor agree that you have read these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this agreement can be changed at any time without notification, and it is the responsibility of the member landscape contractor to evaluate these terms and conditions on a continual basis. Most changes will be announced through email correspondence.
By joining LandscapeLeads.com you certify that you are licensed to conduct the landscaping services you will request leads for. In order to join LandscapeLeads.com a valid contractors license must be entered in the enrollment form. You the landscape contractor also understand that LandscapeLeads.com and its affiliates do not provide landscaping services and is simply an intermediary providing contact information for prospective landscaping clients. You the landscape contractor shall not hold LandscapeLeads.com or its affiliates liable for any litigation civil or otherwise that resulted from the introduction of the client to you the contractor by LandscapeLeads.com and its affiliates.
Sales leads generated and provided to you (the landscape contractor) will be contacted by your organization only to provide landscaping services according to the information provided by the prospective customer and in compliance of the terms and conditions of your membership as a LandscapeLeads.com contractor. This prospective customers information is not to be re-sold or used for telemarketing, continuous unsolicited mailings, whether these mailings are electronic or snail mail.
LandscapeLeads.com member contractors may dispute sales leads. Although LandscapeLeads.com attempts to filter fake leads, sometimes these can slip through unnoticed. Leads that contain bad contact information, fictitious information, and/ or obscenities will be evaluated by LandscapeLeads.com and credited upon confirmation by LandscapeLeads.com.
LandscapeLeads.com member contractors who have an account balance too low to pay for another lead of the most expensive lead type allow others to reserve their zip codes. A notice will be sent by email when accounts are close to being depleted. Member contractors must keep sufficient funds in their account to continue to retain reserved zip codes. All deposits including the startup deposit and any subsequent deposits are non refundable.
Odin Enterprises dba LandscapeLeads.com reserves the right to provide additional services to consumers utilizing our network. These additional services may include but are not limited to offers beyond the scope of contractor installation bids from member landscapers. Odin Enterprises Inc. dba LandscapeLeads.com reserves the right to send project requests to a number of member landscapers that best suits the needs of the consumer requesting landscaping services.
Use of the LandscapeLeads.com system is limited to member contractors and their employees to provide bids and estimates to prospective clients provided by LandscapeLeads.com and its affiliates. Landscape contractor membership to LandscapeLeads.com can be terminated at the discretion of LandscapeLeads.com and its affiliates for any reason. Abuse of the LandscapeLeads.com and affiliate computer systems is strictly prohibited and these abuses can and may result in termination of membership. Some abuses may result in legal action up to fullest extent of the law.
Odin Enterprises Inc. dba LandscapeLeads.com reserves the right to change the pricing structure of our services.
